i have been sick

so i was taking them instead of popping pills.
hoping that my immune system is strong enough to get better soon.
i have fever, coughing, running nose, headache, sneezing, nightmare (WW3 broke out) and feels wrecked.
i am down here in albuquerque, new mexico to visit my lovely cousin amy. it’s a beautiful place. people are so chilled and open. really. they say hi into your eyes and we have a nice conversation. there is a lot of interesting vegetation everywhere. great landscape. many different people.
the only thing i didn’t expect was this cold weather. it’s so cold here this week. i heard new mexico recorded as the coldest state last week in u.s. it’s colder than new york. all the trees look a kind of spooky in the icy wind.
taking a break from new york always makes me feel more balanced and healthy. and miss new york. (so far not yet)

after sleeping for 16 hours a day for half a week, i relialized this was also from the high altitude. plus flu. we went to co-op and got chlorophyll suppliment and it started finally working. also new mexico has a great school for healing and massages, too. we went there last night to have a nice treatment from the student. he made me this homeopathic bottle. it’s got jasmine flower, olive flower, wild indigo flower, tea tree flower and brandy. i really like to study more about natural medicine and healing.

lucky day!
i ran into this beautiful bearded man john david. we had nice afternoon hours. he went to the school of visual arts (same as my rooom mate anna) and used to live in my neighborhood in brooklyn. he biked over the bridge to the city every day. he loves purple. i love his style.
