master cleanse day 8

gladly say it’s almost over.

as the seasons changed, i tried the master cleanse again – lime + maple syrup + cayenne pepper detox-. this is my 4th time and i thought it wouldn’t be too difficult but amazingly i was completely wrong.
i had been cooking and eating very well, rarely drinking, swimming and running, yoga and biking every day, socially smoked here and there and being in a good spirit most of the time.
for the first few days my legs had unbearable cramps, which made me wondered what i had done to deserve this pains (you can always ask your body.) after a little research, i learned this might be from lactic acid from riding bicycle + the polluted air in the city. i think my body drastically changed this year. less muscles and more curves. perhaps it was natural that my body reacted in a different fashion. my first time cleanse had no pains at all.
it was a relief that those pains left my body after day 3 and my masseurs told me there was no tangible knots in my back now. they also left my body.

i don’t know what beyonce said but i highly recommend if you can have a 10 days of calm reflective time. or just try a few days. you slow down and your mind gets sharper. more productive! you don’t get really hungry but realize excess of so many things around you which you really don’t need to consume (if you live in US or any advanced countries)

the body is very interesting. it’s a temporary vehicle to carry our mind and spirit for certain decades.

i watched this documentary about ayurveda practice. poetic teaching from ancient masters and great scenes.
it’s an alchemy

after the thurston’s show, i was riding on kent and heard a bird singing.
it is wise to listen to nature and animals (even it’s 1am)
i stopped and stayed and joined her.
2 hasidic couples – romantic night walk.
with rich waxing moon.

all for richard, to day, 23 rd birth day.
